Our Chatsworth cushion pads are beautifully made with 100% British traceable Wool ID® filling and covered with high quality natural cotton. Generously filled with beautiful soft British wool that can be traced back to the Chatsworth Estate. You'll find our cushion pads offer greater comfort and support as wool has a great ability to hold its shape , and won't require constant fluffing to keep your cushions looking plump. Wool cushion pads make a real change from feather cushion pads, which tend to leak feathers after a while and require constant plumping. They are perfect for anyone that suffers from allergies because of wools anti-bacterial properties. A natural, chemical free option for those looking to upgrade their homes to a long lasting and natural quality product.

Cleaning Instructions

Our cushion pads are entirely natural, so shouldn't need cleaning often (simply airing the product can do it the world of good). When you do come around to cleaning it, it would need to be taken to a dry cleaners. We highly recommend Johnson Cleaners, who have a fantastic, non-toxic service called Green Earth.

For all orders that contain bedding or accessories, it will ship from our Canadian distribution center in Ottawa, ON on a 2-3 day ground service using FedEx, UPS or Canada Post. This is a free service for all orders over $150 that will take 2-3 working days to reach you.

Mattress orders will be delivered to you in 7-10 days with FedEX. Your tracking number will be provided to you once your items have been dispatched from our distribution center. As we believe our products are of a significant value we require a signature for all orders. In certain circumstances this signature has been waivered for a contactless delivery.

Please note that in exceptional circumstances your order may be fulfilled from elsewhere. This may go via a different courier to FedEx, UPS or Canada Post. This will not affect the delivery time or experience in any way. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, please use an alternative address or your order may result in a failed delivery.
