The topper came well packed in a lovely zipped, cotton bag. It is beautifully made, real quality and fits the bed extremely well. I was worried it might move around when the bed was in use, but apart from the soft comfort, you don't even know it is there. Body temperature wise....my husband likes to be warm and I like to be cool...(it is hard to sleep with night sweats) we have both noticed a positive difference, as we are now both happy. This is not something I thought was possible.....a big thank you to the Woolroom.
