Delivery & Assembly

Due to its custom-made nature, the Amelia bedstead is hand-crafted to your exact specification and fabric choices so usually takes around 8 weeks. Once complete to the highest standards, our 2 man delivery team will deliver your bedstead to a room of your choice at no additional cost.

When we deliver your order we will also assemble the items for you free of charge, but if you need to move the bed to another room or dismantle it for any reason you needn't worry. The Amelia is incredibly easy to assemble, and can be done in just 5-10 minutes. Follow the instructions below if required.

Simply attach the foot end and headboard to the side rails before tightening using the supplied allen key. Once done, you simply place the 2 pocket sprung bases into the frame and then position your mattress on top.

For all bedding orders we deliver on a next working day service* via DPD Local when ordered before 2pm. We use a tracked DPD Local service for UK deliveries so that your orders will arrive as quickly as possible. When placing your order or creating an account your mobile phone number and email should be supplied so we can keep you updated with your latest delivery information.

For any mattress, bed or headboard order a special two-man service** is used to deliver our beds and mattresses to ensure quality of service. As standard, all beds and mattresses will be delivered to a room of your choice, unpackaged and assembled (where applicable) and all packaging taken away. This is a free service, but a small charge may apply for certain postcode areas. The delivery service offered is to the first floor only. Our delivery team can deliver to additional floors however this will come at an additional cost. For a small additional charge, we can even remove and responsibly recycle a like-for-like product.
