Description

*This additional service includes the removal and ethical recycling of your beds and/or mattress on a like for like basis. This means if you've ordered a mattress we'll only remove your old mattress and not your bed stead or divan, but if you order a bed and mattress together this service will need to be added twice.

PLEASE NOTE: If we're removing your bed stead as part of this service you will be expected to disassemble the bed stead before your delivery arrives. Divan bases can be left whole and any storage should be emptied before your delivery arrives.

Yes, I recommend this product.

"Mattress Removal"

Delivery guys were friendly, prompt and chatty. New mattress taken upstairs, unwrapped and placed on bed with a check that we were happy with it. Removal of the old mattress very smooth. Well worth the small fee for this service.

"Very Poor Delivery Service"

I paid to have the old mattress removed, the packaging taken away and the new mattress put on the bed. Although the old mattress went, the new mattress was left on the floor yards from the bed and the plastic was left for me to remove and dispose of. I imainged that, when the delivery man took the old mattress away, he would return to do the rest of the job but he didn't.
