"Save Your Money"

Uncomfortable and outer lining sheds all over carpets, blankets, etc. size results in a very high and unnatural curve of the neck. Highly suggest you look elsewhere. Customer service was no help so unfortunately a nearly $140 pillow straight to the trash.

I am sorry to hear you are not pleased with the item ordered. I have taken a look into the communication with yourself regarding the issue, it seems that the pillow outer was tumble dried after being washed which has then caused damage to the outer of the pillow. None of our items can be tumble dried due to the nature of the wool. This would explain the issue you are experiencing with the shedding.

in regards to the feel of the pillow, latex pillows are best suited for side sleepers as it allows pressure points to be relieved.

We again are really sorry to hear that the pillow has not worked out for your needs.

"Perfect Pillow"

OMG!!!!!! I'm 68 years old and had, past tense, severe shoulder and neck pain. The issue with my shoulders is from hypermobility syndrome. I have been suffering with it for 2 years. I need a pillow that had a high loft, was not hard as a concrete slab, not memory foam, and that didn't compress to hard and flat. I love latex for so many reasons including environmentally friendly, non toxic, and springy. I tried to replace my 20 year old latex pillow but the ones I tried were low loft, way to squishy and my head sunk too low putting terrible pressure on my shoulders (I'm a side sleeper), down collapses, down alternative the same, and memory foam is horrible. My Wool Room pillow arrived and from night 1 I knew this was the pillow for me. I cannot express how much I love this pillow. I do have 1 caveat, I took the cotton and wool pillow cover off and now i have a PERFECT, supportive, soft, latex pillow. No shoulder or neck pain. Restful sleep. Please, Wool Room never discontinue this pillow. My bed is heaven with my Wool Room topper and now my best pillow in the world. Thank you Wool Room.

"Best Latex Pillow, Combo Sleeper"

I spent many hours researching latex pillows. The types of latex, how it would feel. I wasn't 100% sold on the competitor versions. I decided to go with Woolroom because the pillow looks lux and it's a normal pillow size that fits my 20" x 26" standard pillow cases (most other latex pillows are weird sizes). After three nights, THIS IS THE BEST PILLOW I HAVE EVER OWNED. It is supportive when I sleep on my back (I sink into the pillow and it feels sort of 'flat' but supportive). However, the real magic is when I sleep on my side. My neck has never felt better. I can tuck the pillow under my neck and it's like a buoyant cloud, no strain. LOVE. It's the only pillow I use now.

"Great Pillow!"

Speedy ship/delivery.

The pillow is great, the latex king is plump and easy on my head, it stays cool, no strong odors. Its even softer if you take off the wool cover.

"Best Pillow Ever"

I am coming from a Purple Harmony pillow that also uses Talalay latex and this is far superior. I would sink into the purple and my neck would get wrecked, as well as retain a lot of heat. This pillow is truly buoyant and supportive, the wool cover is thick, at first it holds heat but it never gets to an uncomfortable level. My neck has never felt more supported I will be purchasing the mattress topper next.
