The Latest Coil Technology For Comfort and Support

The Wooly Mattress combines layers of the latest spring technologies together with different layers of hand-picked British wool types. Using the very latest coil technology the mattress offers an exceptional level of support that memory foam or latex cannot match whilst offering improved breathability.

Unlike many other mattresses, The Wooly is free of foams, synthetics, glues/adhesives, petrochemicals and chemical flame retardants. Every component of The Wooly Mattress is recyclable, breathable, eco-friendly and ethically sourced to provide the ultimate comfort to you and sustainability for our planet.



Naturally Flame Retardant - No Chemicals Used

Most mattresses will use an Flame Retardant (FR) sock or barrier (which is synthetic) or FR chemicals to meet the local laws on flammability. The Wooly has incorporated knowledge learnt from nearly 40 years legal requirements in the UK on flammability and uses the natural flame retardancy of wool (high nitrogen content stops it burning) in the surface fillings and the cover to meet all requirements (CFR 1632 and CFR 1633) naturally.



Cooler Sleep

The Wooly provides a far great level of breathability and moisture management which will result in an improved quality of sleep due to the lack of foam, latex or synthetic fibres. Wool will move significantly more moisture and heat than other fibres and this coupled with the micro coils will deliver a cooler sleep and also increase the lifespan of the topper significantly as latex and foam has the potential to breakdown when exposed to moisture for a period of time.As with our wool bedding, wool adjust to the sleepers body temperature to help manage humidity and temperature resulting in a more comfortable night's sleep.
